Village VenturesAbout Village Ventures - Although Warthog Promotions has no financial interest in the ‘Village Ventures’ Rural and Community Touring Scheme, it promotes the Scheme on behalf of Lowdham Village Hall & Playing Fields Committee in conjunction with Arts Council England East Midlands and Newark and Sherwood District Council. It is therefore sensible to bring events held within the Scheme under the ‘Warthog’ umbrella in order to bring them to the notice of a greater number of people. These events are very generously subsidized, hence ticket prices tend to be lower than for other ‘Warthog’ concerts. Village Ventures also encompasses many art forms apart from music.
